1936 Gar Wood 18' Utility

This 1936 18' Gar Wood utility is in our shop for a new bottom. The bottom will be installed to original specifications and the underlying framework will be repaired or replaced as necessary. Aside from a couple of extra vents added on the deck, this boat is remarkably untouched and original. The hullsides have never been sanded down to bare wood and the plank seams are still perfectly tight--not bad after 70+ years of service.
